Experience the legend like never before
For the first time in Southeast Asia, the ArtScience Museum in Marina Bay Sands Singapore will bring to life the timeless story of the largest passenger steamship in the world at one time – the RMS Titanic.
You may have seen countless documentaries about its sinking and even the movie, but now you can relive the moments and get a sense of what the majestic Titanic was once like – nearly 100 years later. The Titanic exhibition will feature over 275 artifacts, fourteen of which have never been seen before.
Occupying 2,500 square metres of the ArtScience Museum’s gallery space, this the titanic exhibition is designed to show the full magnitude of Titanic and the poignant tales of her passengers and crew.
A total of nine galleries will take visitors chronologically through the ship’s conception, construction, sailing day, life on board, the famous iceberg, Titanic’s sinking and the discovery of the wreck.
With a Discovery Gallery showing videos of the artifacts recovery expedition from the wreckage site, a Memorial Gallery commemorating lives lost and an interactive Iceberg Gallery for adults and kids alike, this is an interesting exhibition not to be missed. Images of Singapore in 1912 – the year that the ship sunk – will also be showcased for a nostalgic trip down memory lane.
Come experience the Titanic’s historical maiden voyage with this immersive exhibition that will connect with you emotionally, and touch the hearts of many.
