Absinthe

A Touch of French Charm

The brainchild of four close friends, Absinthe is a labour of love. It’s the product of a desire to bring the best of French comfort food to Singapore at affordable prices, as manifested in Chef Francois’s South-West French menu.

Located in a charming restored shophouse, Absinthe provides sweeping landscape views through its glass panels. Having an intimate meal within the confines of its cellar surrounded by only the best wines could quite possibly be the most romantic gesture ever. After ogling at its wonderful ambience, select from the restaurant’s first class dishes that won’t let you down.

Here, fresh ingredients are treated with respect and each is enhanced through great and careful preparation to produce delicate flavours in generous proportions. Order the fish and seafood mains, such as the Roasted Black Cod with Potato Croquette or a meaty dish like the Rib of Australian Wagyu Beef, and tuck into the sumptuous goodness of excellent French cuisine.

This establishment is participating in the World Gourmet Summit 2010.
