Chef Chan's

Culture Meets Cuisine

For a combination of authentic Cantonese fare with exquisite Chinese antiques, have a unique dining experience at Chef Chan’s. Helmed by respected culinary figure Chef Chan Chen Hei, this exclusive restaurant at the National Museum is one not to miss.

Making a reservation is highly recommended before your visit, as the place is usually packed. You’ll be seated at one of four private rooms reserved specially for patrons who have made reservations in advance. Here’s where you’ll also find impressive Chinese antiques amassed from Chef Chan’s years of scavenging, plus novel influences and qualities in the cutlery and flatware that make the restaurant seem like it belongs in a royal palace.

Beyond its aesthetics, the service and presentation of its signature dishes like Stir-fried Shark’s Fin and Wanton with Seafood are also fit for a prince. Great thought and planning goes towards making your experience at Chef Chan’s a luxurious and memorable one, so indulge in the fine food and take it all in.

This establishment is participating in the World Gourmet Summit 2010.
