
Chinois by Susur Lee combines the soul of fine Chinese dining with contemporary innovation. A joint venture with TungLok Group, the restaurant is located in Hotel Michael, Resorts World Sentosa.
Chef Susur Lee, is heralded as one of the ‘Ten Chefs of the Millenium’ by Food & Wine magazine in 1999. Chinois by Susur Lee, Chef Susur Lee’s first restaurant outside North America, is designed by one of Japan’s top design house, MYU Planning, and features stone and wood accents to give a Mediterranean and Zen ambience.
Amongst the 90 dishes in the menu are new and exciting offerings such as Braised Shredded Abalone stuffed in Crab Claw topped with Sea Urchin Sauce, Roast-marinated Baby Lamb Loin served with Sichuan Eggplant Stew and Oven-baked Fillet of Cod with Sautéed Egg White.
The restaurant also spots a chic long bar where diners can wine and dine on tempting tapas. The Tapas menu and dessert menu features dishes such as Barbecued Eel and Taro Squares glazed with Sweet Soya and Green Tea Crème Brulee with Sabayon of Lemon and Berries.
