Having been around since 1992, Hua Ting is a Cantonese institution that is well-recognised for its exquisite ethnic cuisine and other provincial specialties. It’s no wonder then that the crowd keeps coming back for its delightful weekend dim sum.
With a kitchen helmed by Master Chef Chan Kwok and his team of talented chefs, its signature dishes such as the crispy roasted duck, steam fillet of sea perch with sweet preserved cabbage and grilled fish scallop is worth your visit here.
While extensive, the menu at Hua Ting is not exceedingly expensive, and though there are familiar Western touches on the antique furniture, the food is unmistakably and proudly Chinese. Dining amidst grand surroundings with an old-world charm, you’ll feel like you’ve just stepped back in time.
This establishment is participating in the World Gourmet Summit 2010.
