The posh St. Regis has an equally upscale brasserie to match in Les Saveurs, an impressive restaurant with breathtaking interiors — boasting a high ceiling and spectacular glass façade that overlooks a water feature outside the building.
While a meal here may set you back a bit, it’s definitely worth it, especially if you try signature dishes such as the pan seared foie gras, duck confit and roasted wild cod Rossini, which are sure to send you to seventh heaven.
Using only premium quality products imported from around the world, even the least discerning of diners will be able to taste the distinct difference of Les Saveurs from other French establishments. Plus, it’s located at the swankiest hotel in town.
This establishment is participating in the World Gourmet Summit 2010.
