Named after the Tang Dynasty poet, Li Bai is without doubt one of the most popular Chinese restaurants in Singapore. Since its inception in 1985, it has offered patrons delectable and authentic Chinese cuisine, with a menu filled with cooked dishes and of course, the ubiquitous dim sum.
While the restaurant doesn’t have the most extensive menu, it maintains classic soup dishes such as the flavourful double boiled chicken soup and the rich double boiled shark’s bone soup, both of which are must try soup dishes at Li Bai. Also don’t miss the seasoned pork ribs served with fried mantou (bread buns) and beancurd stuffed with prawn and scallops for signature samplings of the great food served here.
Li Bai is a great restaurant choice for good old Cantonese staples at gatherings with friends and family dinners, and for overseas patrons to savour high quality Chinese cuisine in Singapore.
This establishment is participating in the World Gourmet Summit 2010.
