An exciting new venture from world-famous, locally-based chef Ryan Clift (of Tippling Club fame), this modern bistro is all about the gourmet minus the pretence and high prices. Located in the hip district of Tiong Bahru, the cuisine on offer is light, modern European, and features dishes like steak tartare with truffle mayo, pork belly with parsnip puree and lime panna cotta with mint. Decor is cool and industrial, and it also features a dedicated coffee bar staffed by award winning baristas and offering a range of coffees you'll find nowhere else. Packed since the day it opened, this is one of the hottest tickets in town.
