
Helmed by German Chef Frank Kilian, Pontini’s culinary style is evident in simple yet tantalising dishes that are innovative and well-prepared. The wait staff is inspired and attentive, and the menu is bound to charm.
Some must-try dishes include the creative king prawn tartare with oscietre caviar; lobster linguine with fresh tomatoes, chilli and white wine; cod fillet with Parma ham. One of the reasons why everything taste so good is because only the freshest and best quality ingredients are used – be it whether you start with beef carpaccio with black truffles or end off with an impressive dessert of panna cotta with mixed berries and raspberry coulis.
