Rang Mahal

Rang Mahal

Indian cuisine at its finest

After all these years, Rang Mahal still stands as one of the most impressive fine dining Indian restaurants in Singapore. Serving North, South and coastal Indian cuisines, it reflects a good mix of contemporary and traditional influences, and has been at it since 1971.

Must-try dishes include signature creations like the tandoori masala oyster, hot stone tandoori lamb chops, tandoori salmon tikka, smoked bharta (aubergine) and spicy cottage cheese, or more internationally known as the paneer tikka.

Rang Mahal has been a long-standing favourite among vegetarians for its extensive menu consisting of various curries, the potato, cauliflower and pea masala and fragrant saffron pilau rice. Wine lovers will also love that this non-Western restaurant, which comes with several wine pairing menus.

This establishment is participating in the World Gourmet Summit 2010.
