ION Sky

Located on levels 55 and 56 and at an impressive 218 metres, ION Sky is the new focal point of the city. A must-visit destination offering an unrivalled 360-degree view from the highest point on Orchard Road, it houses an observatory, event space, and the Salt grill & sky bar.

The journey into ION Sky, themed around an escape into the clouds, starts at level four from within the ION Art gallery. From an ambient lift lobby, high-speed elevators transport you to the observatory, event space or Salt grill on level 55.

While taking in the spectacular panorama in the observatory, learn interesting facts about clouds and the weather and experience the surrounding landscape through the Behold™ telescope. An augmented reality device, the Behold™ telescope not only allows you to view the current surrounding landscape, but also uses state-of-the-art technology to bring the heritage of the areas to life, embodying ION Orchard’s intent to be a key landmark that bridges the past and the future.

With its breathtaking, picture-perfect view, ION Sky provides a stunning backdrop for international runway shows, exclusive product launches and celebrity parties. For sky-high dining, head to the fashionable Salt grill helmed by highly acclaimed chef Luke Managan. Indulge in his signature dishes in the main dining area during lunch or dinner, or at the wine bar that offers all-day dining options. For a touch of romance and glamour, head to the Sky bar on the 56th floor for pre- or post-dinner drinks.
