Be spoilt for choice when it comes to selecting a class, as the school offers a wide array of options from pastries and bread to Western and Asian cuisines. Due to its strong commitment to preserve classical Asian techniques and recipes, Shermay even occasionally teaches Peranakan classes here to initiate the interested into a culture of rich heritage.
Besides culinary lessons, hard-to-find but affordable items such as Valrhona chocolate couverture, blow torches and soufflé baking dishes can be chanced upon at the retail shop within, so you can arm yourself with the right tools and replicate what you have learnt in the comforts of your own home!
