VeganBurg, where an amazing plant-based menu bathes in the limelight.

As Singapore's first and only Thai-Peranakan vegetarian restaurant, Whole Earth specialises in perfectly-executed sour-spicy dishes that pretty much sum up the flavour profiles of the two main culinary influences.

See how they creatively recreate classic, meat-heavy Peranakan and Thai dishes as vegetarian-friendly alternatives, such as kong bah (braised pork belly) by using mushrooms, and sweet and sour pork by including soy and pineapple chunks.

If you've got a sweet tooth, don't skip dessert; try offerings like the apple crumble and the heady tiramisu.
