Culinary design? Designer cuisine? Call it what you will, but Marina Square restaurant Redpan is serving up creative grub inspired by the history and architecture of the Marina Bay precinct.
For GPSS, Redpan, the brainchild of local architecture firm DP Architects and culinary company GRUB, presents a curious, gastronomically enhanced exhibition that charts the evolution of the Marina Bay skyline since the 1970s.
No doubt architecture and history buffs will appreciate how Singapore’s iconic cityscape took shape. And tummies will be filled, literally, with GRUB's harmony of local flavours.
